Oct 22 / 09: Regi game film has been posted to the Game Film page.

Oct 14 / 09: The playbook page has been updated with the new quick hits and offenses.

The tournament info page has been updated with St. Matt's tournament info.

Oct 06 / 09: Star of the practice tonight was Steph Benton for playing great defense.

Sep 30 / 09: The tournament info page has been updated with the draw for the St. Matt's tournament.

Sep 29 / 09: The tournament info page has been updated with the newest draw and parent information for the Notre Dame tournament.

Sep 28 / 09: Next Wednesday Oct 7th we will be going to the Ontario Breast Screening Program for a visit after practice (4:30).  This is where we donate all the funds raised at the PH Classic.
